Montreal is back on the movie scene with some incredible talent! This past week the new movie “Sur Le Rythme” was released in theatre’s across the city and more! Starring Mylene St- Sauver who play’s the main character Delphine and Nico Archambault (SYTYCD) the film is packed with incredible talents including Montreal’s own Blueprint Cru and more so, my own friend Alexia Gourd who play’s the role of Delphine’s best friend Julianne. The film highlights all of Montreal’s incredible dance talent and resembles the some older movies like “You Got Served” and “Step Up” but with a bit of a twist. The main character is torn between obtaining her graduate degree in biology or pursuing a career in dance as well as overcoming the pressure from a relationship with her parents and a guy.
